Q: Do you list houses on the MLS or do you buy them?
A: Fantastic question. We are not real estate agents, and we do not list houses. We are professional home buyers and work with any homeowner that meets our purchase criteria. From that point, we either keep it or sell it to someone also looking for a house.
Q: What kind of houses do you buy?
A: Many of the houses we purchase are under market value (We buy them to resell to another homeowner who is in the market for a house, that may need some work). We try to find properties that we can get a good deal on, and at the same time, help the seller get out of the situation they are in. We close extremely fast, compared to the traditional way of selling a house, and will buy your house as-is.

Q: How do you decide the price to offer on a house?
A: Great question. We first go through other houses for sale in that area and see what they are going for, what repairs the house may need, the condition of the property and the activeness of that area. We have over 20 bits of information we gather, from you the seller, and from the market to determine what our maximum offer could be on your house.
Q: What do I have to pay to work with you?
A: Unlike dealing with a Real Estate Agent, we do not require ANY fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. If you decide to accept our offer, than we will buy your house (along with covering all fees and closing costs!).
Q: So how are you any different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties in the hope that someone will buy from them, which could take weeks, if not months! Then, the agent will show the house to prospective buyers and will try to find a fit (the average time to sell a property, in Texas, is 4-6 months). After the agent has found a buyer, they take a percentage of the total sale (which is 3-6%). So, if your house is sold for the sum of $200,000, that means the agent will make anywhere from $6,000 -$12,000 in commission. Agents provide a fantastic service, but for those who do not have the time or desire to wait months for the sale of their house or property, and pay for the commissions and fees that come with it.
